Charlene Chai
Ms. Chai worked in the fixed income and corporate finance arena for over 25 years and has been responsible for the structuring and managing of billion-dollar transactions at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. She has been directly involved in financial start-ups as a founder and continues to mentor and advise businesses. Ms. Chai has a strong reputation for innovative financial structuring and skillful negotiation. Ms. Chai is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Alexander Ikonnikov
Has experience in Russian and European public companies as an independent director since 2000, including Baltika Breweries (beer producer, part of Carlsberg), Sollers plc (car manufacturers with joint ventures Ford, Toyota, Mazda), East Capital Explorer plc (part of East Capital, a Swedish investment Fund), NSD (Central Depository), SPIMEX (Saint-Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange). During his professional career he worked as Head of Department for Attracting Investments in the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation; as Executive Director of Investor Protection Association (http://api-russia.org/ru, members of Association manage a total of 1.7 trillion RUB); as Chairman of the Association of Independent Directors ( http://www.nand.ru, the largest community of directors in Russia promoting best governance practices for sustainable development of companies and society). Has the highest international director’s qualification of IoD Chartered Director of the British Institute of Directors (IoD UK).

Yury Trofimov
Yuri is a former Vice President at VTB. He was in charge of the division of business development functions, managing accounts of key corporate clients in their retail business, including MoD, Severstal, Alrosa, MIA and USC, the sale of banking products to clients, and developing new sales channels. Yuri obtained a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Azat Nugumanov
Azat is a former director at Morgan Stanley Private Banking. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked as a Vice President at BNY Mellon, Moscow office, where he was responsible for business development initiatives. Azat also co-founded the Aneta McCoy Advisory firm advising top-tier, public companies in Russia on governance matters necessary to work with western banks and partners. Azat obtained a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Anton Tarasenko
Significant experience over 15 years in Private Banking working with Ultra High Net worth individuals and related fields within the financial services sector. In depth knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the area of Wealth Management, but also in Investment Banking and Asset Management. Specializes in European and Emerging markets.
Gennady Margolit
Gennady took part in establishing and developing corporate securities market on the Moscow Exchange «MICEX», where he was a Deputy CEO- member of the Board of MICEX Stock Exchange and responsible for the stock market. He was founder and manager of the Exchange segments for growing mid cap and technological companies - Sector of Growth and Innovation and Investment Market of Moscow Exchange Gennady hold a diploma from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy, Ph.D. degree holder Graduated from one year course of Joint Vienna Institute of the the World Bank
Timur Akhmedzhanov
Timur has over 11 years of experience in equity capital markets, investor relations and strategic communications in utilities, retail and ecommerce sectors. In this capacity he was in involved in a major hybrid financing deal worth USD 1 billion, a secondary public offering worth USD 250 million and bond placements worth over USD 0.5 billion.
Timur has 3 years of experience in VC, advising a large family office on private markets overseeing late-stage deals, helped build a portfolio for an emerging fund (FinTech, PropTech, MedTech) and advises several early-stage companies.
